Brubaker moves into what appears to be the second act of his narrative, though it’s hard to tell. There’s a definite shift in tone.

Or, the origin story. Brubaker goes back to Reich’s youth, revealing some obviously influential incidents. More great construction.

Brubaker gets a great cartoonist’s one-panel joke in to close the issue, giving it a light finish. Lots of great storytelling here.

A pretense-free biography. The visual conveying of ideas is fantastic; most impressive is the approach to character. A great start.
